If you are facing problems with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

*ALL goods sold are NOT returnable, as all purchases are final.

*ONLY manufacturing defective products are eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Seller reserves the right to reject the return if conditions stated are unable to be fulfilled.

1) Your item must be in the original packaging
2) Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• In the case of manufacturing defective products received, please contact our support email (contactus@gahing.com) within 5 days, after receipt of the products. You will be assisted in returning the products to us. Return postage fee is payable by seller in the case of manufacturing defective products.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status within 5 days of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 7 working days.

Any refund request besides manufacturing defects (etc: change of mind) will not be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING

Seller will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning any manufacturing defective item.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Option 1 : Self pick up at retail showrooms (Please choose either Sg Long / Kuchai Lama showroom upon checkout) Receiver will be noticed via email / sms once the item is available to pick up (within 7 working days)

Option 2 :  Ship by 3rd party courier *Poslaju / Aramex (Shipping fees will be shown upon check out and will be charged base on delivery address & volume). Tracking number will be provided via email / sms once it’s shipped out (Within 7 working days)
